Electronic claims for PA PROMISe were sent to the live (production) system today. PROMISe is a new claims processing system implemented by the Office of Medical Assistance Programs (OMAP) in the state of Pennsyvlania.

Many SymServe customers submit claims to the new system. Changes included a new provider identification system and new service location identification.
